I have another goal for this year - to become more involved in the online stitching community. I've pretty much stayed with my small little group that started with Laura M., and I have a few blogs that I read that I found on her list. But I'm trying to learn, and you only learn by reading and asking questions. So I'm adding more active blogs to my list - starting with Jennifer, who was my first follower. Also some other bloggers that I've seen referenced other places.
I'm connecting in so many ways this year - I joined Facebook, also, and reconnected with a bunch of people from different points in my real life. I think a lot of people are looking to reconnect right now, instead of keeping their distance. I hope this trend continues!

I've found that being conneceted to other stitchers has done wonders for my own stitching. And it's nice to have buddies, even if I never see them in person, as I don't know anyone else in my area that cross stitches (I'm sure there are some - I am just not acquainted with them)
And I've been on Facebook too - it's so much fun to connect with people I knew so many years ago, and to get to know them as adults!
