This is why I wanted to be a SAHM! I got to go to the Pumpkin Patch with Hallie today, and we had so much fun! I was a field trip chaperone! We went through a corn maze, picked a pumpkin out of the field, went on a hay ride, then the kids went around and around a straw maze. The poor teachers had to do it twice in one day because of the AM/PM kindergarten thing. I'll have to sort through all my pictures later and post a couple.
My mom had to work full time when I was growing up, so she never got to go on any of these field trips. I'm so happy that I get to do that for my kids.
